GERMANTOWN — Germantown High School announced over social media on Thursday that it was recently named a “2023-2024 Best High School” by U.S. News and World Report.
According to the announcement posted over the school’s Facebook page, on both a national level and state level, GHS’s results rank among the top 10% of schools. This award is based primarily on state-required test performances, graduation rates, and college preparedness. According to the official US News website, GHS is ranked at 1,330th best for the nation and 33rd best for the state, with an overall score of 92.29 out of 100.
