Even in what was an underwhelming debut last week, Young was still able to light up the scoreboard with his first career passing touchdown. He found tight end Hayden Hurst on a 4-yard connection to cap off a pretty sharp 12-play, 75-yard drive.

And sure, the New Orleans defense is at least a step above what Atlanta currently has. But if we’ve learned anything about the No. 1 overall pick thus far, it’s that he’s quick to adapt and grow.

After missing the entire preseason with a groin injury, Sanders received a healthy workload of 18 carries in Week 1. Unless he leaves this one early, the offense’s undisputed top rusher should easily hit at least 15 totes.

That Week 1 workload for Sanders also included a handful of looks in the passing game. He reeled in four balls for 26 yards on six targets.

So two receptions should be a safe bet for the busy back.

If Chark is indeed a go, and it seems like he will be, the speedy wideout can eclipse that 27.5-yard mark in a single play. After all, that’s what they got him for.
